A select few gospel musicians are ascended to international status and their accomplishments are touted on social media. Young musician inwardly know that no matter how hard they work or how dedicated they are that they will probably never see such success. There is a solution. We must teach our young people that in glorifying God, we edify our fellow believers and horrify the enemy. Gospel music workshops most easily accomplish this. This manual is designed as a tool for those who are interested in facilitating effective gospel music workshops. This book is an antidote to the multi-faceted problem of uninspired and ill-prepared teachers, loose-leaf handouts, which often become misplaced and become the bane of the janitorial staff, a unifier that can promote a kind on camaraderie and conformity that is sorely missing in many of our churches that ascribe to the mega-church modality of activity without accountability. Many of our local congregations have stopped singing. The joy-filled experience of corporate singing in our churches may help with the problem of waning numbers in attendance.
